All packages include salad, fried rice, vegetables, secret sauce, sake, and a live interactive hibachi show.

Yes, we require a minimum of $600 minimum spend per event.
For smaller groups, you can customize your menu with premium upgrades such as Filet Mignon, Lobster, or other premium proteins to help meet the minimum.
If you're planning a smaller gathering, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to find an option that works for you.
Our Regular Package lasts approximately 90 minutes.
The Plus and Premium Packages typically last around 120 minutes, allowing extra time for premium proteins and the full interactive hibachi experience.
Absolutely! Our chefs are great with kids and can tailor the show to create a more family-friendly experience.
Children under 12 years old are priced at:
$30 for the Regular Package
$45 for the Plus or Premium Package
Guests 13 years and older are charged at adult pricing.
We can accommodate parties of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations.
For larger events, we may bring additional chefs to ensure smooth service and the best guest experience.
Simply let us know your guest count, and we’ll recommend the best setup for your event.
The first 20 miles to your party location are complimentary.
Any additional miles beyond the first 20 will be charged at $2 per mile.
This travel fee helps cover the chef’s travel time, fuel, and transportation of cooking equipment to your location, ensuring a smooth and timely hibachi experience.

We’re happy to accommodate a variety of dietary needs and preferences.
For vegetarian or vegan guests, we offer tofu at the same per-person price, along with extra vegetables, salad, and noodles.
If you or your guests have food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requests, please let us know at the time of booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate everyone.
Due to insurance and pricing policies, our chefs are currently unable to prepare outside proteins or ingredients.

Please submit your guest protein selections at least 1 week before the event to help us prepare ingredients and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Your final guest count must be confirmed at least 3 days before the event, as changes cannot be made after that.
We accept Cash, Zelle, or Card.
Please note that card payments include a 3.5% processing fee and must be paid at least 3 days before the event.
A $200 deposit is required to confirm your booking and reserve your event date with our chef.
The deposit secures your reservation and will be deducted from your final bill after the event, meaning it counts toward your total balance and is not an extra fee.
No, tip is not included in the total bill.
We recommend a gratuity of 18–25% of the total bill, which can be paid directly to the chef after the event via cash or Zelle.
Tips are always appreciated as a way to recognize the chef’s service and performance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 3 days before the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
Yes, you can reschedule your event.
Event dates can be changed free of charge if the request is made at least 3 days before the event.
Rescheduling requests made within 3 days of the event may result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may also be subject to a $200 rescheduling fee.
Weather Policy
In the event of rain or unfavorable weather, please provide a covered cooking area, such as a patio cover, tent, or other sheltered space, so our chefs can cook safely and stay protected from the weather.
For extreme weather conditions, we can usually move the cooking indoors to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Weather-related cancellations or rescheduling requests follow the same policy and must also be made at least 3 days before the event.
The chef arrives approximately 10 minutes before your reservation time.
Setup is quick and seamless, usually taking only a few minutes.
Please ensure there is a clear cooking area for our grill (68"L x 27"W x 41"H) and that guests are ready to enjoy the experience.
We kindly ask that tables, chairs, plates, utensils, and other dining essentials be set up before the chef arrives.
If you purchased our Table & Chair Setup Service, our team will handle everything for you.
Yes, we offer tables, chairs, tablecloths, and cutlery setup for $18 per person.
For the best hibachi experience, we recommend a U-shape seating layout with the chef positioned at the open end, allowing all guests to comfortably watch the show and interact with the chef.
As a general guide, two 8-ft tables can comfortably seat around 10 guests.
Weekend evenings (4:30 PM – 6:30 PM) are our busiest time slots and may experience up to 30 extra minutes of wait time.
For greater flexibility, we recommend booking Monday through Thursday, when more time slots are available.
Feel free to ask us about weekday availability and special perks when booking.
Yes! approximately 70% of our events take place at Airbnb and vacation rental properties, so our chefs are highly experienced in catering private events at vacation homes and rental venues.
Just let us know the location when booking so we can plan accordingly.
Our chefs put on a full interactive hibachi experience, combining delicious food with live entertainment for all ages.
Expect exciting performances such as spatula tricks, fire shows, egg ping pong, cucumber toss challenges, volcano eruptions, sake games, and flaming torch tricks, all designed to create laughter, interaction, and unforgettable memories.
Our chef will clean the cooking area and grill before leaving.
We kindly ask that guests handle their own plates, utensils, and personal items after the event.
We generally prefer outdoor spaces, such as backyards, patios, terraces, and balconies.
Indoor cooking may be possible with high ceilings and strong ventilation.
In cases of extreme weather, such as rain, excessive heat, or strong winds, we can usually move cooking indoors to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Our chefs follow strict propane safety procedures and carry a portable fire extinguisher to every event.
Yes, as long as there is elevator access.
If stairs or multiple steps are involved, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Absolutely. Propane is widely used for outdoor cooking and is very safe when handled properly.
Our chefs perform safety checks before every event, keep equipment away from flammable materials, and bring a portable fire extinguisher to every event.
All chefs are experienced and trained in fire safety procedures.
